Existing roof structure was left intact to protect building while new structure was created above.

New roof structure was created, forming 3 dormer windows and 1 velux roof light.

Roof was slated with new Spanish blue slate.

Internal view of roof structure before the second floor was added.

Stone masonry added to match existing, bay window lifted to 1st flor height.

Brick masonry lifted and matched to existing.

Sunken shower tray, shower boarding and glass screen creating a sleek walk in shower area.

Half tiled walls and sanitary ware fitted.
